[3.13] Habk's Speedy DOT Fireball + Flame Wall Raider

Introduction
The main philosophy behind this build is to combine a very fast map clear speed with an easygoing one-button (two buttons for bossing) playstyle. Raider is the perfect Ascendancy for this because of its inherent +64% movement speed (Onslaught with 180% increased effect = 56% + 8% from the Phasing branch), QOL like permanent Phasing and immunity to all elemental ailments, as well as underrated defensive capabilities. DOT (=damage over time) Fireball is great because it scales well into endgame and allows for a very relaxed gameplay. Flame Wall tops it off by effectively doubling the DPS at bossfights.

Three closely related builds are given by https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2953246, https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2958156 and https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2715787. See there for a general introduction to DOT Fireball builds. Personally, I have played a Fireball Chieftain, Elementalist and Trickster before, so I more or less know what I'm doing. I'm a fairly casual player, however.

Pros
Spoiler
+ Extremely high movement speed, easily above +200% with flasks up
+ Outstanding mapping speed; clears entire screens at the press of one button
+ Permanent Onslaught and Phasing
+ Immunity to all elemental ailments
+ Decently tanky: 5k+ life, 95% chance to evade (with flasks up), 55% Attack Dodge, 60% Spell Dodge
+ Very good flask uptime
+ Straightforward to equip with ~5 uniques
+ Easygoing gameplay
+ You are playing a Raider caster, well if that isn't hipster!

Cons
Spoiler
- Not really a bossing character, does not have 10M+ DPS (can clear Shaper and Sirus, though)
- Some gear pieces can be moderately expensive (but works on <5 Ex budget)
- Prone to occasional one-shots (but happens quite rarely during mapping)
- Mana management can be annoying while leveling
- Cannot do elemental reflect maps; requires mana flask for cannot regen mana maps; 90% enemies avoid elemental ailment maps can be tedious
- Playing this as league starter likely requires leveling a different build (e.g., Caustic Arrow archer) and respeccing later

I will try to record a gameplay showcase in the near future.

Skills
Spoiler
Main clear skill: Vaal Fireball (lvl 21 ideally) + Greater Multiple Projectiles + Ignite Proliferation + (Awakened) Deadly Ailments + (Awakened) Burning Damage + (Awakened) Unbound Ailments

Additional skill for bossing: Flame Wall (lvl 21 ideally) + (Awakened) Burning Damage + Efficacy + Elemental Focus + Controlled Destruction + Swift Affliction

Auras: Malevolence and Clarity (both lvl 20)

Golem: I chose Flame Golem supported by Minion Life, Combustion and Culling Strike

Movement: I like Dash supported by Second Wind

Defense: Cast When Damage Taken (lvl 8) + Steelskin (lvl 14)

Gear (last league)
Spoiler

Tree (lvl 95; last league)
Cluster Jewels
One Large Cluster Jewel with 8 Passive Skills and (at least) Burning Bright + Prismatic Heart. Two Medium Cluster Jewels with Burning Bright and (ideally) Cooked Alive. Blowback and Wasting Affliction are great, too.

Bandits
Kill all.

Ascendancy points
My recommendation: Rapid Assault -> Quartz Infusion -> Avatar of the Veil -> Avatar of the Chase.

Pantheon
Major: Soul of Lunaris
Minor: Soul of Garukhan (with Stalker of the Endless Dunes for movement speed) or Soul of Ryslatha (Life Flask) or whatever you prefer.

Leveling
Level with whichever skill you prefer (I am really no expert). For league start, I would strongly recommend that you level with a different build (e.g., Caustic Arrow or Toxic Rain) and respec when you can equip Searing Touch. I may add more tips if I decide to level this build again in the new league (though I may remain on Standard due to time constraints).

Tree progression
To be added.

Please feel free to ask questions, I will try to answer them in time. Any feedback is appreciated!

Good luck and have fun :)

Following bro, i was looking for any big ms build raider, we'll see if yours meet my expectations :D
Thanks for the guide, ive adjusted some things. still working on the right colors on the chestpiece. Got my eyes set on 2 onehanded weapons for +4 fire skills. For now ive cleared tier 16 conqerers with it although it was slow. Mapping is very smooth. This is my pob fork link for this character in case you are interested https://pastebin.com/WeTRkgyx
Looks interesting, I was also looking for a zoom mapper without using bows. Leveling time!
