Trade Market Filter Words

Does anyone have a comprehensive list of word that can be used to filter items on the trade boards for XBOX?

I found an old post and learned that by adding ~ it will showed priced items, but I was hoping to find more keywords that would make searching for desired items a little easier.

The terms are the same on PS4 and XBox.

I'm not aware of a comprehensive list.

I've made some posts on the topic.

The key points are:

Quotes are your friend (they let you find exact matches for phrases instead of individual words).

What you are searching is the text of the item, as it appears if you "copy" an item in-game on PC, or from the trade website (which only has items from PC on it).

As an example, here's the copy-test of an Elder Astral Plate from the PC trade site:

So, you can search for anything you see there.

Sadly, it's a text search, so you can't do comparatives or ranges, etc.

Some examples:

Find Elder Influenced Items: "Elder"

Find items with Max Life: "um life" (in most cases, "m life" works, but jewels and a few other items have "totem life", which also matches "m life")

Find items with both Fire and Cold res, as individual mods: "e res" "d res"

There are special search hooks you can use for specific affixes and attributes, too. There was something of a list posted by someone, somewhere, but I haven't seen a decent comprehensive list of search toggles, anywhere.

There is no boolean search capability. Just noting that. Anything you search has to be a simple text search.

As far as I know, no "range values" can be used. The point being - No more work can be done other than the calories spent inputting the strings and the exchange of that data with the server.

There is a limit on the local cache. It has gotten better, but there are so few items on console that it's difficult to tell how many items can be supported before the cache is full and has to take a dump...(It was expanded from what it used to be for Jewels though, for example.)

Some displayed text can't be searched for, IIRC. If it can, there must be a toggle/filter command I don't know. :)


The difficulty in searching for specific items in the Console Marketplaces is wholly intentional. That's straight from GGG's own posts on the issue. The concept is that since it's "so much easier" for players to get items quickly on conoles, difficulty just has to be added... on purpose.
