Another trade market search suggestion
So at this moment we all know that ggg wants to make trading harder and i am kinda cool with it. But some items are way too hard to search for.
Belts, jewels, cluster jewels, rings, amulets. (maybe helmets?) Maybe i missed something? So at this moment we should really start thinking how can we improve search towards item bases which got hundreds of pages and too small to navigate through rather than changing all trading system. My biggest suggestions would be: •Adding search ranges for mods. (example: from 80 to 100hp)(huuuge improvement) •Adding all actual mod searches. (d/e/g res search is not enough) •Combined resistance search mod would be awesome. •Extra trade folder/layers/tabs(idk how to name it) for unique jewels/rings. Got any suggestions related to search mods/values? (buyout/Appsearch/crossplay/only highlighted items in TM suggestions are not welcomed here) Can we improve trading search? " What does this mean? You can already search the entire text of the item, as it appears when you copy/paste it (use the PC trade site to copy something and then paste it into a text editor if you want to see what it looks like). All mods (both implicit and explicit) are searchable. All enchantments are searchable. Your comment about cluster jewels is weird too. They are one of the few things you can really narrow down well. "adds 8" "d fire d" "burning bright" for example. Anyway, the ability to do "pseudo" searches (from the PC trade site) would be super helpful. These are things like "total resistance" "total life", etc. Comparative operators (like > or < ) would be hugely helpful. The thing I want that I haven't seen mentioned anywhere else is a meta-character to specify that the mod needs to be explicit, so I can search for Two-Stone Rings with resistance rolls on them. Which, right now, is futile.
Is there a list of search functions somewhere finding certain items can get tedious.

" There are very few actual search functions. There's an in-game button to see the list of special characters and their effects. Not sure what it is on XBox, but it should be listed at the bottom of the screen on the marketplace. Most of it just learning to use quotes to narrow down things to just what you want. ~ by itself means "this item has a price set". It can appear anywhere in the line, as long as it is separated from other items by spaces. For example, there's no difference between these two searches: ~ "m life" "e res" "e res" ~ "m life" ("m life" is to search for "maximum life" and "e res" is to search for fire resistance") There's no harm in fully spelling things out, if you aren't confident in the shorter versions. Searching for amounts is generally useless, unless you only want a literal maximum rolled item (for example, do you really care if a pair of Kaom's Roots has 199 life instead of 200?). You can search for specific item levels by using "m level: #" where # is the level you are searching for. There are no ranges or greater than/less than, but you can leave off the second digit to search a whole "decade" at once. For example, "m level: 8" will any items with item level 80 through 89. (Plus items that are exactly item level 8, but that doesn't usually interfere). You can find Max level gems with "(Max)". This matches both level 20 and level 21 gems, (or level 3 and 4 for Empower/Enighten/etc), and so on. Check the way the text appears on the item, exactly. For example, if you want to find gems with quality 23, you have to do "y: +23" -- notice the plus sign. You can use the same shortening trick here to find all gems quality 20-23 with "y: +2" (which will also find gems that exactly 2 quality, but those should be quite rare). He asked for a list and not for a wall of text.

" And my "wall of text" started off by explaining that what was asked for doesn't exist, but that the closest thing to it exists in the game, I just don't know which button to push on XBox to see it. I then offered additional information that may or may not be useful to the person asking the question. It's up to them if they want to read a wall of text or not. If they read the first 2 sentences, then they know where to look to find the "list" (which probably won't actually tell them what they want to know).
I screenshotted your “wall of text” and I’m appreciative for it.
