New XBOX Series S experiencing frequent freezing and crashes

Just as the title states. I wish I could include now specific information, but I've not had the chance to actually do anything other than load the game on the wife's new console.

As soon as Karui Shore loads, I'm frozen, or within less than a minute after. This is especially odd because she has had the console since release, and this just started. There have been no patches to either the console or PoE.

4 freezes in less than 5 minutes.

I have not had any issues on my Series X at all.

Apparently I do not even have to be in game. I am now frozen on the load screen before I can even select a character.
