Creating Guilds

How do you create guilds on consoles?

Press option search for guild than enter name above and it’s done
A additional things that might be useful to know:

Whoever created the Guild is the Leader.

Only the Leader can spend Guild Points.

Members (including the Leader) can donate points out of their own account into the Guild.

Points can be spent for Guild Stash tabs (you start with ZERO), or to add more player slots to the Guild.

The Leader can invite more people and assign some of those people as Officers.

Permissions can be set on the Guild Stash tabs ("View", "Add", and "Remove" permissions).

Also note that anything dealing with adding / redeeming points to the guild can only be done here. But purchasing guild tabs is done through the in-game store.

Good info, are there any restrictions regarding the name of the guilds?

Good question.

I would assume they have the same restrictions as character names (which are pretty wide open, you just can't use numbers or special characters, which all get converted to underscores, if there's censorship, it's rather loose), but I have zero actual knowledge of whether guild names have special restrictions.

Well I found that info, sharing what I found. OP

Guess we'll go with that and see what happens if my idea is a bit too 'inappropriate'

Have you looked at PC character names?

They're full of sexual references, racial slurs, etc.

And GGG does nothing.

So my guess is that they only act on "inappropriate" character names (or guild names) if a) it matches some predefined filter list *exactly* or b) people complain about it.

It is a little weird to me how a game played largely by people over 30 has such a preponderance of childish character names. Especially among prominent streamers.

But whatever. To each his, her, or their own, right?

There's a "Guild" section. It's not in the normal tabs section.

Also, if you haven't already, you'll have to transfer funds to your guild first (which is done here on the website), and you need to be the guild leader to actually buy the tab.
