[MTX Request] More winter skins!

I wish there were more winter themed microtransactions.
Mostly I was thinking of:

- Frost eyes (we have thunder/fire/all kinds of eyes except frost)
- Coldsnap aura effect (make it a ground texture that advances as you move, like with Lava Aura mtx)
- Amulet MTX that isn't an apparition. Similarly to the bat swarm apparition effect, it's not a projection of some entity. Make it a passing snowstorm around the character or something.
- Armor set that isn't medium or heavy armor. Make it flowy, snow white, with icy textures and effects (similar to revenant armor)
- Frost skill effects to skills that aren't cold type. For example, Divine Ire, cyclone, spell totem.
- Ice weapons (something like this? https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Glacial_weapon_skins)

Tentacle grass for Hideout, big tentacles from Void Hideout's background, Tentacle Map Device. I really like to see more MTX with Elder theme.
