Blue/Black (Stygian, Arcane) Divine Ire

I've been really liking Divine Ire this league and I love the Stygian color scheme. Would be really cool to get a Divine Ire that worked well with the blue / black theme. I know its "Divine" but it is a Lightning skill, so blue isn't out of the question right?

I'm not sure what the enemies are called in the Mine but when you are at an Azurite node, all the winged mobs that shoot the blue / black tendrils at you, those guys. Their attack would be the perfect "zap" animation for this Divine Ire theme. Every time I'm down there and those guys attack me I'm thinking, why can't my Divine Ire look like that!
