Is there a way to use more than 12 abilities, es necro aura stacker
I am pretty new to the game playing just a week before this season started. The game has been amazing fun. My question is there a way to run the character i have saved up for? With all of the auras and the summons i don't have enough room to run all the abilities with the 12 slots available. I have invested 120 + exalts and have everything for my Es necro but as I get up to level it seems that the build isn't even possible on ps4. Clarification or solutions are welcome, thanks.

You really need to post your build or link to a build thread before anyone could really answer your question.
You can't have more than 12 actions. I've run builds that used them all, more or less, with several that were required to be chained "manually." That was... fun. The builds best suited for console are going to have one, maybe two, required active skills being used regularly, with a couple that are usually only used for bosses or tough mob packs. You don't have to have the Skill linked in your command/button assignment in order to run it, btw. You can activate an aura or a golem, for instance, then remove the skill from the ability bar in favor of another. Though, you'll have to redo that on death or sometimes even when you just log back into the game. Up to a certain point, there's no room for additional skill gems if you've got to devote several pieces of gear to linking them together with their support gems. Some gear can have unique support-gem-like "affixes" that make them into very prized bits of gear. So, if you have a piece of gear with four links and it has an affix, usually from a special drop area/influenced map, that duplicates what a support gem could provide, you can then use that to create what is effectively a "5 Link" in a Four-link gear slot. Some gem/builds use mechanics like that to get additional abilities, either used as support or used as a stand-alone, like a "Rage" or "Fortify" affix on a piece of gear - It's that gear providing that Active Skill, not a Gem, in that case. The same goes for Imbued amulets providing access to a Passive Skill you wouldn't otherwise have the points for or even be able to "reach" on the Passive Skill tree from your standard location. |

You can just activate your aura and then just take it out of your hotkey setup. That way you should have enough space for your active skills.
Hope that helps and you can enjoy your necro now ;) Have fun and good loot exile |

When I played Aura Stacker in Delirium League, I just reassigned auras to turn them all on. They stay on even after you take them off a button.
I would use all 4 R2 buttons and 2 L2 buttons for Auras (the other 2 are for Delve functions, which override your assignments anyway. That's 6 Auras. For ones beyond, I would just reassign my X button repeatedly, turning Auras on and then moving to the next one (and assigning it blank or uncastable after). I learned from someone else on the Forum that you can just assign all your Auras on your Weapon Swap skill bar (which is 100% independent of your main skill bar), HOWEVER, this won't work if you have Auras in your weapon or shield, UNLESS you also have the exact same Auras in your Weapon Swap as well. And, in the case of Bloodmagic'd Auras from Prism Guardian, you would need a Prism Guardian in your Weapon Swap as well. Personally, that doesn't seem worth it. Just reassign. You get pretty fast at it, and a good Aura Stacker won't die all that often. | |
" Probably me haha. Personally, I like hiding my auras there because if I do have them on a RT/LT eventually I'll turn one off by mistake. To each their own though as all builds call for different things. If you do put them on your weapon swap, I advise avoiding 'X' as the NPCs in your hideout like being friendly as you're trying to get yourself going again. Can be a bit annoying after a death, as you're normally already annoyed you died. " This does allow you to have 24 different skills, but like mentioned, there are limitations and drawbacks. My build will later have my spectre's moved to my shield and then I'll be unable to do weapon swapping without a much higher inconvenience. |
