They occur very regularly. It's not some random thing, and there's no need for insider info or anything.

You can go back through the "Announcements" section of the Forum and find the last few Stash Tab Sales and figure out when the next one will be.

They only ever vary the timing when it would coincide with a PC League Launch. (Incidentally, the fact that we start a week later means we often *do* have a stash tab sale the first weekend of our League).
