Steelskin - Doesnt work with invis buff effect

Not necessarily a bug so can't give an ID, but I'm sure this is either a bug or an oversight and frankly I dont care where this would fit in the forum. It's just stupid
Why doesn't invisble buff effect work on Steelskin? I assume it's an oversight? It comletely ruins every mtx in the game, and as I've spent over 3k usd on mtx I would like to actually be able to see it. Why doesnt it work?
