Heist Revealing costs too much
So revealing wings And rooms cost is very high even if you reduce their price by 40percent. I have no idea how can we reveal 300 rooms for achievement, numbers seems way to big (i am at 40/300 atm).
I usualy grind heists for a fuľl day to be able to run like 2-3 grand heists with all wings revealed but with no rooms revealed. Now maybe there is some way how to farm markers? In maps you are picking 40 stacks even though you need 10k of them minimun. Crazy numbers. Is marker value/drop chance is intended to be so low or this is not balanced enough? Grand heists are gated behind huge wall of grind and i have no way of knowing if this is intented or if they will reduce this mindless grinding time. (ssf btw, cant really buy them) Edit: my all gear is with reduce travel/hiring/ring cut fee (more or less) "Fix it soon becaise beong locked out of my wealth and my character puts a hold on me trading and bartering to increase my wealth" - Nameless Forum Poster. " If grinding Heists all day only gets you enough markers for 2-3 grand Heists, I suspect that either "all day" means 4-6 hours or you're not being as efficient as you could be with it. And/or you're running mid-level Heists but revealing high-level Grand Heists. A few things that might help you: -Get an i83 job item for Giana, and roll it to be +1 to all jobs or +1 to Deception. This will get Giana to level 6, which gets you a 45% discount. (If you can get both +1 rolls it's even better, but that's nearly impossible, especially in SSF). -If you specifically want the achievement, run lower level Grand Heists. It's is *much* cheaper to reveal an i70 Grand Heist vs i83. -Check your contracts for the value of the target. "Precious" and "Priceless" targets are worth quite a lot more than "moderate" or "high" value targets. -When you run maps, make sure to "juice" them for quant and pack size. Not just rolling the map itself, but use fragments, scarabs, sextants, and prophecies to get as much as you can out of your maps. As much as you can without it making the map so difficult it slows you down, anyway. -EDIT to add: Delve is a fantastic place to farm contracts. It drops *lots* of contracts, which means you can be pickier about which ones you run. -And, finally, I do believe this is meant to be a serious grind. The "Encounters IV" and "Encounters V" versions of League Challenges are always meant to be difficult, either very grindy or technically challenging. I think they tweeked marker gain in heists or i was unlucky with values of "marks" before. Got one which was sold for 5.5k markers.
Dude, i got 24 achievements. I guess i know how to juice maps. Problem is not with the contracts, but with blueprints. I am not even picky with contracts, i run all of them. All contracts are 80+, farming t14+ and running everything i get. It's like you have to buy extra markers in trade to fully reveal grand heist. Running low level maps for blueprints is waste of time/progression. Well whatever, i am just saying that content is blocked with a lot of grinding for average joe. Edit: players will have a lot of blueprints left after league ends, you will see. " Calm the anger, I'm trying to help. " There's supposed to be tension between your decisions. You're supposed to have to choose between fully revealing Grand Heists or running more, less revealed, Grand Heists. You can't even carry out all the loot if you fully reveal a Grand Heist, unless you make multiple trips out. (Even with a very strict filter) " Personally I'd recommend Delve over maps. And if you feel it's a waste of time, that's your decision. Lower level blueprints will let you get the achievement more easily, if you want to get it. If you choose to only to high level ones, that's on you. " Both statements are 100% true. It's grindy. And everyone will have lots of blueprints left over. The reason people will have lots left over if that you're *supposed* to choose which ones you want to run. If you had the resources to run every single blueprint you found (either because Blueprints were super rare, or because they increased maker drops by 20+ times), then what difference would it make what type of Blueprint they were, or what level they were? Some mechanics are like that (think Blighted Maps, which you generally would run 100% of the ones you found during Blight League), while others are more toward choice (for example, have you ever finished a League with ZERO master missions? For *every* master?). Feel free to dislike the design choice of making players have to make a conscious decision about *which* Blueprints they want to run, but that's the choice they made. I can 100% guarantee you that if they didn't go that route, it wouldn't have been to boost maker drops (or reduce costs), but to make Blueprints super rare, so you would only be dropping one a day (if you play a lot) or less. | |
