POE Ps4 Need help identifying status Icon above characters head

Hey guys,

I have googled, searched forums, and I have looked at every status Icon listed in the help pages, but this particular status icon isnt the top left hand corner like the others. It only pops up above the characters head (and no its not stun) when you take a lot of damage. It's a circle that spins slowly, and on top is either a 3-D dagger or a person above spinning with it.

I am guessing it is a critical hit notification, but I use the brass dome and don't take extra damage from critical hits. I just know when it pops up, it usually means I need to leap away and conserve health.

Any help would be appreciated. I will take a screenshot if I must, but I figured someone would know.

A screenshot would make this *much* easier.

Just press the "share" button on your controller next time it happens.

im guessing its vulnerability, youre either running a map with vuln or fighting an enemy with vulnerabulity

Its definitely not vulnerability, as I use that as an aura. Its hard to get a screenshot because it only pops up for like 1-3 seconds. I was thinking, it may be the goddess that's spinning in 3d. It can pop up when im severely hit by mobs. It has popped up when standing on poison and my health quickly went down close to 0. It seems like any major damage and it will randomly pop up.

I will work on the screenshot, but I think I will have to do a video.

Are you using a flask with of warding as a suffix? Iirc that’s the symbol for it being active.

Sounds like the Adreneline Buff which kicks in at low life.

These are the status bar icons, rather the ones that appear over your character, but some of them are just 2D representations of the same thing.

Cannot see your character (beyond the name), but any chance you're running immortal call paired with cast when damage taken?

It's a little tough to see, but it looks to me like the icon for the Warding flask suffix (curse immunity).

There a couple of other things that use similar icons, so it could be something else.

Also, you can configure your Share button to take a screenshot with just a tap of the button. I'd recommend that. Even though the icon won't appear for a few seconds, it takes the screenshot pretty much immediately.

EDIT: Do you really only have one character? In Standard? (That's what's visible on your profile)
