POE on PS5 and Client crashes
With the PS5 launching in literally a month and POE confirmed able to play on PS5 do you expect:
1. We will able to migrate at launch or will it be at a later date? 2. That the constant Blue screen client crash that has plagued us since launch of POE to follow us or do we think that the upgraded hardware will be stable enough to handle what ever was triggering the crash? This is also a question for GGG themselves, Do you have confidence that the PS5 wont share the same fate and has there/will there be any upgrades to the client for PS5 or will it essentially be a PS4 port? There will be no migration, until GGG has time for a specialized client POE will be playable in compatability mode. You will just log in as now, with your PSN account. That was already said by GGG staff.
I await a change in performance, but not necessarily in crashes, I will see if we get a positive surprise. Last edited by Isomorphin#9647 on Oct 12, 2020, 11:55:06 PM

If it's still crashing a lot in this backwards compatibility mode there's no way i'm touching this on a new system.

That's a good question!
And if they can't even fix crashes on PS4, why would we believe they can fix that on PS5? Byebye Sony, i'm likely to buy Xbx to play POE2 on console. |
