XBOX vs PS4 HEIST comparison

Can anyone tell me how POE plays on XBOX currently in HEIST? Playstation seems to have so many crashes.

Aaargh annoying as I'm tempted to now buy an Xbox Series S or the One X just as a cheap workaround as I wanna play this game properly so much! If I do then I'll never be spending any money on PoE again as they would have indirectly made me spend £250 just to play the game as it is.
The fact I have to play terribly slow builds just to not be kicked to blue screen "as much" is getting beyond ridiculous now. |

Based on the forums, it is safe to say that PS4 is in worse shape than XBOX. But don't believe that XBOX has no issues...I think the players have just started to accept the flaws and moved on.
The overall lag and stutters are still there.. the map load times are way too long... certain maps/zones still have massive lag and slide shows. I crash to XBOX home at least a few times every session. And, it can happen anywhere...and doing anything (to nothing). My last crash I was standing in the hideout and didn't even move. So, as I said, we (XBOX) may be in better shape, but are no where near we should be for enjoyable play. my two cents..... |

Also have not had much trouble this league on Xbox One X. Only thing remotely similar to PS problems is graphical blocks on unique contract bosses like -

I have an Xbox One S and it's been solid all league. Crashed a couple of times, nothing related to the league content though. I think it's mostly when my Xbox has been on for a long time and overheats.
FPS isn't great in some situations. I bet it would be better with a One X. That said, I am really looking forward to seeing how this game runs on next gen Xbox. Hope I'm not disappointed, as it was a huge reason I pre-ordered one. |

Xbox oneS, external seagate made for xbox, solid internet connection.
Play about 12urs a day, reset xbox regularly throughout day. Crash at about once an hour during heist or temple/meta/breach/boss/synd or any other events on map especially including delirium orb or mirror maps with a single layer. Good portion of the day is a slide show powerpoint experience because the game can't handle it's own content. Which is why I won't play HC on a console. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be free of these issue regardless of your platform. This is my second league and I'll give them one more league to see if they can provide a game with fewer crashes wasting my time. That said, when Heist came out I played until the first patch with maybe only a single glitch and drop outside of heist. I remember commenting to a friend because I thought they had it figured and was stoked. Then the first patch showed up and ever since it's a crash an hour with regular powerpoint experience it seems. Super lame. |
