Agnostic/Arcane Cloak Poison/Lightning Blade Blast Assassin

Concept
We self cast Blade Fall and Trigger Blade Blast with Kitava's Thirst.
We make sure Blade Fall cost is slightly over 100 mana.
We make use of our high mana. We gain lightning damage from Arcane Cloak and Sigil of Power.
We have MoM, Agnostic, Perfect Agony, Acrobatics and Phase Acrobatics keystones.
We use Volkuur's Guidance gloves to make lightning damage poison.
We use CWDT > Void Sphere > Frost Shield > whatever you like
We have 100% uptime on max level Arcane Surge.
We use 2 medium cluster jewels with Septic Spells and annoint Serpentine Spellslinger to get 100% chance to poison on spell hit together with Noxious Strike.
Requires two 4links. Enough for insane damage.
We can shock and have really high cast speed. Blade Fall can cull.
