Raise Spectres

PLEASE fix this skill so that I can look at what I am raising. Not sure why this changed but this is horrible now, trying to get the spectre I want is so annoyingly difficult now it is infuriating.

Yes, this skill is effectively broken. Also we can't raise the Hiest mobs either which is mildy annoying.

Is clunky and have a very bad design, but is possible to choose if you hold the button. But you need to be certain that the body is on the floor...
