Hideout brightness control

Some hideout brightness changes a lot from league to league.
Therefore, lots of hideout works are ruined.
Is it possible to control hideout brightness by user and that can be export and import in hideout file ?
for example: a parameter from 0 (dark) to 9 (bright)
