[Mac] Eternal loading screen

I was able to successfully download and install the game. After creating my first character, I played successfully until level 8, at which point I took a break. I came back two hours later to play some more, and I get stuck at the first loading screen after login. I choose my character, hit play, and it just won't load after that. I gave up after about 20 minutes.

Thank you for the tip. I've fixed it. Now that I've seen this a few more times, I'm thinking this may be a connectivity issue. If I have a strong connection, that loading screen is no more than 2-3 seconds. If I have a bad connection, it will never get there.
