Can zou auto cast instant skills on console?

Can zou somehow set instantskills (forinstance warcries) to be cast when off cooldown while moving? Like zou can set it on left click on pc.

Not that I have found so far, unfortunately. And GGG is pretty dead set on not allowing M/KB on console too, so I wouldnt look forward to being to go that route anytime soon either.
