Console lacking material items in packs...why?

I just dawned on me as I was looking to get another pack that consoles do not have material items and soundtracks listed the same way PC does. Why? On my PC account I can just access the soundtracks from the forum, surely the same can be done with a console forum account? The actual material items, I can see to an extent, but the OST stuff is digital anyway and could surely be linked to the account the same way a PC player's is.

As per the material items...yes, our packs are cheaper to a degree. Such as the Eyrie pack, which has the soundtrack and a cloth map. Our pack on console is $10 cheaper than PC, which I would assume is because of the lack of these items. But at the same time, PC players have the option of receiving 160 points rather than the material goods. This essentially places a value of $16 on the cloth map. So why is the console rendition of the pack only $10 cheaper rather than $16?

Would love that cloth map, but I am not going to go spend $160 on a PC account I do not use anymore when what I am paying for can not even be transferred to the console account that I actually use.

Fully in agreement.

GGG, perhaps you could give console players the option to purchase physical items separately? (i.e. through GGG website)

If not, then adjusting the point values and/or costs to be directly equivalent to PC w/o material goods would be great.

The mistake you're making is thinking that GGG care about their console customers. The lack of responses on this forum says everything that you need to know about their opinion of us.

Just don't buy any mtx whatsoever or they will think "stash tab sales" are an alternative to bug fixes.

The discord channel is much better but... having said that, it makes literally 0 sense to have this Topic/Category on the forum if we get 0 response from the staff. Not even a "we will try and work on it" or even a " G F Y S ". Not very professional.
While I agree that the lack of response is disappointing, I can also say that my same post was also sent to support at the time that I posted this and I did receive somewhat of a response on the matter.

I simply did not feel it was an adequate response with the reasoning for the console packs not containing these items simply being, "multiple reasons", and nothing more.

Furthermore, there was no response to the matter of the cost adjustment for console not matching up with the implied value of these items on PC.

So, given that I did not feel the response was worth repeating, I did not. BUt I did receive a response, nonetheless :/

I made no mistake of anything. I am very well aware of the ignorance toward the console community most of the time. I am also well aware of what the attitude at GGG used to be when I first joined the community in 2012. Because of my awareness of the latter, I still grasp an inkling of hope that it may return at some point.

As far as the MTX, I did shy away from buying the pack I was planning to after coming across the difference between the pack for PC and console, nor will I buy it without it being changed.

That said, I am not naïve enough to think that cutting off all purchases will make a difference while others are spending several hundred dollars on mystery boxes just for a CHANCE of getting an item. So, if I see a specific item I want in the mean time, I'll get it. But I am done with purchasing biased packs. Assuming I stay on console.
