Guild on console

Hi guys,
First of all, thanks for all your hard work to improve this great game!

After adding the chat last league, is there a chance we will get guilds
to make it easier to find other players?
Never played on pc, is there another benefit of a guild?
I know about chat and guildstash, are there any other buffs or sth?

Looking Forward for all the future updates and the port to next gen consoles.
