Select game performance / issues and send a message directly to Sony. If GGG won't respond then we need to go over their heads. Remember to keep the email professional (don't swear or be abusive) or the complaint won't be handled. Remember to mention how GGG and Sony took your money for products that are not fit for purpose (against EU and UK law) and that you, among many others, have stopped supporting the game through mtx due to the performance issues.


Will this make any difference? Unlikely. Is it worth a shot? Sure why not!

I report the game almost weekly, but the refund request on xbox is apparently too old to get money back. The game is a complete joke on console and should refund all their users back. Avoid this game at all costs.
