Steam Overlay doesnt work for Ingame Transactions - FIXED !

I found the Solution for me and you :)
Dont only activate the Steam Overlay in the Main Steam Settings Top left. Also got to your Steam Libary and Click on Path of Excile. On the right Side you should see the "Settings Gearwheel" for PoE. Click it and also activate the "Activate Steam Overlay" Checkbox here. Now have Fun with your Ingame Purchases via your Steam Balance! yeah this didnt work for me, at all, steam overlay doesnt show up at all.

I still can't buy anything cause of the overlay message even though I followed the steps above. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated 😎🤚
