Mana RF: Feedback

I'm currently still working on this build. I just wanted to see what feedback the community could offer and see what changes would be most effective to complete this build.

The way this build works is with the passive node "The Agnostic." Maximizing mana regeneration by building mana, and using it to regenerate health to run Righteous Fire. Utilizing the mana defensively instead of offensively with Arcane Cloak.

Frostblink to activate Elemental Equilibrium, and Storm Brand for Elemental Equilibrium and Elemental Overload, plus Curse on Hit. Typcical RF stuff.

Note: The only current item I would like to keep on is the chest piece mostly because of the mana, and the extra passive point I get from not having to allocate "Mind Over Matter."
