STILL no cloth map of the Atlas after nearly 6 months!!!

Has anyone else been getting strung along by GGG with their physical items? I get nothing but, "You should get it soon." responses from them and that is OBVIOUSLY not the case. WTF is going on? The fact that I even have to create this thread in the first place is fucking ridiculous!
