How to value corrupted mods?

Hi. Recently I got this ring:
Can't find any prices of these corrupted mods. (yea current price is dumbass, I know)

How do you classify prices for corrupted mods?

P.S. I would be grateful, if you could tell price of linked ring

How easy is it to get zealotry and how likely for a build that uses zealotry to use the ring? Do extra 3 lvls matter much? How good is attack speed compared to life/res you could get from another ring? How valuable is the base itself?

Very easy and not likely. No. Same or worse. Cheap.
