We need Hotkey Combos!

Like the topic name GGG we need a way to combo Skills/Flasks.
This could cover the Flasks issues and builds that use multiple active skills.

Several builds are impossible and really annoying to play on console considering how the hotkey design was done.

But with good design is possible to improve the experience.
Just allow the player to link skills and flasks to a same button!

We need hotkey design improvements ASAP!
