Radial Gradient Post-Processing Screen Shake Around Player Skill

kinda like a circle of non-shake animation around a player skill at 0% at 0 meters to 25% at 15 meters then expanding the shake through environmental objects and other monsters to 40% at 35 meters. again, expanding to the rest of the screen with a slight motion blur or a 100% screen shake towards the edges of the screen. and that doesn't shake the entire screen.

or a shaking animation for each monster hit, while the players character doesn't shake. monsters could have a separate post processing animation that creates a slight reverberation within the skills post processing effect.
