What are the most budget friendly builds for a Templar harvest league?

I wanted to build a Templar with high item rarity and/or quantity find independent of gear. My guild has told me item find is inefficient but youtube video says otherwise. Thank you.

If you wanna go the magic find route then Item Quant is what you want. Item Rarity is not an efficient stat to have on your gear. Your guild mates are correct.

Basically if u want follow a templar guide and swap out a few items for quantity, but you still need to be resistance capped, and will probably lose dps fyi.
