Reduced skill effects and transparent minions

Though it has been denied in the past, I'd like to make our opinion heard at least.
I represent the vast amount of 4 players and we really wish for a reduced skill effect and transparent minions (like in Diablo 3) option for other players.
Nearing the end game there are more and more one shot abilities and ground effects, which can't be seen anymore.
Especially skill gems, like Firestorm or masses of minions impair the fun of the game too much to stay in the endgame for a long time.
