Lightning wildstrike imperial claws prefix?

I'm trying to add a prefix to a lightning strike build.

How do I know which of these is better.

1. Adds (6-8) to (11-113) Lightning damage
2. (45-54)% increased Lightning damage
3. (45-54)% Increased spell damage
4. Adds (3-9) to (106-113) Lightning Damage to spells

Claw already has

% increased physical damage
adds physical damage
attack speed
%crit chance
%increased elemental damage with attack skills
% increased stun duration on enemies

Has room for 1 prefix


I'm new and Delirium is my first season, crafting is very confusing for me.

Spells will not help you in any way for a melee attack build.

So you want to add 1. Adds 8-113 lightning damage as it is local and is scaled with all of your gear OR %lightning damage(This is worse overall).
