build advice for SRS

Hey everyone, running Brittleknee's SRS necromancer and love it. I'm doing good damage but still get one shot in high level content (like high wave simulacrum for instance). Any advice on how to improve?

Hi,

I think you should add some avoidance.
I would consider dropping Necromantic Aegis passive and using Bone Offering instead of Flesh.

You can keep the shield if you want to apply FC on minions (but you need to do it on your own) or Get better shield (ideally with high life, life on block,.)

Bone Offering gives you decent block/spell block and life on block.
You can get more block(spell block from tree / gear) eventually (bone offering enchant,..)

Having fortify on movement skill is a bit clunky too.
Some HC players use Vigilant Strike + the Vigil jewel interaction for an extremely long fortify duration (20-30s+)

Add blind to your build (blood and sand in sand stance, stibnite flask or blind applied by minions)
Add Shock imunity (you can have poison imunity on Pantheon)
Upgrade pantheon (unless you did)

Get more chaos resistance if possible

Allocate Whispers of Doom and use Enfeeble as defensive curse

Increase life pool or get more ES (relying more on ES would require some form of ES recovery --- f.e. The Devouring diadem etc)

Some physical mitigation would be cool (Bone Barrier, enduring cry, some cool cluster jewels (Enduring Ward, Dragon Hunter, Lead By Example, Stubborn Student, and more cluster nodes --- some mix or whatever you can get there)
There are also cluster nodes with max elemental resistances etc

You have only one cluster jewel allocated near the WoD so I would probably drop some minor damage nodes and get an extra Large Cluster jewel and medium cluster jewel (with cool nodes) and socket it there.

You need to find good balance between offense and defense:)
