Toxic Rain Bow craft help

Is anyone else trying to craft a damage over time bow for TR after the vicious proj nerf/multi mod change?
Am i right in saying the best craftable DOT bow for TR is... +1 socketed gems DOT multi attack speed (if your lucky) multi mod +2 support gems chaos DOT multi Just spammed 1500 alts + other currency on trying to land DOT multi with attack speed to then get +1 gems and multi mod from there No luck. Is anyone using anything else? Feel like you need all these to make it feel good. especially attack speed. Also if anyone is selling one.
