Searching for exalted orb price in market

I am on PS4.

When I search for items in the market with "exalt" or "exalted" I don't get returns even though I see that some items are in fact priced with exalts.

Same with "alter" - no returns for items priced with alteration orbs, even if some items are in fact priced with them.

"Chaos", "Chrom", "sext" all successfully return items priced with those respective currencies.

Does anyone know how to search for items priced with exalts or alterations?

Exa for exalts, not sure about alterations

On ps4 you just need to add ~ to your search and it will only display priced items.

To narrow down those items even more try adding "chaos" or "ex". I don't know about alts because I'd rather just pay 2 chaos than all my alts.
