Looking for end of league players help

I love this game but struggling. I have made a few online builds using pob. I dont have the time for the farming and the trade boards have a ton of afk or overly priced items i can never afford. I definately want to do more end game. So looking for players that are done with the league and have no use for items. Im currently playing a Cyclone Slayer and liking the spin to win. Looked at starting a lightning arc build as well. Jixer967 is my playstation tag if anyone has any help to offer. Thanks in advance.
