Help with Sirus Slow.

So, I can definitely do the Sirus fight except for one major issue. When he puts down the spinning laser I always get very slow.

I play on ps4 where blink/travel abilities cause a lot of rubberband situations, so phase walk is best but the slow makes it useless. I use flame dash or frost blink to "jump" over the lasers, but still get hit with the massive slow.

Heres the thing: I can't find ANY information about why this is happening. I am far from the center and not getting hit by the beams, but they don't do much damage. If I could zip around full speed during this part I could easliy avoid the die laser. But as it stands right now the sirus fight is just a coin flip.

Will he teleport his ring of clones off screen to the other side of the map and I can't see where the laser is coming from?

Will he teleport AGAIN after the ring beam and fire the die laser from off screen?

Does anyone know a way to avoid the slow? Without koams roots, sadly they are not an option for me.

Even just information on what it is would be helpful. I've tried cannot be hindered or maimed or chilled and they don't work.

Please help. I just need my move speed.
