Worth it to try and craft this axe?

I know it's not that much to look at now, but it has Tacti's % physical damage (basically a T1), t4 hybrid phys/accuracy, and 2 crap suffixes...

Path of Crafting is showing me that a 'prefixes cannot be changed' -> Scour -> Multi-mod flat phys + attack speed would result in a 665ish PDPS axe with a 7.5% crit chance, at a cost of 5ex and change, with the option to Leo-slam another suffix before doing the multi-mod step (which would have ~11% chance to send that DPS to 700+ if attack speed, or the crit chance to 8.5%+ if crit chance, or just get some sweet crit multi going)

So is it worth the investment? Or is it not quite good enough to be worth bothering is my question...
