Need info on couple of trophies

Hey, just killed my first ever Sirus and would like to start getting some of the late game trophies, although I need some info.
Is there a list of the specific yellow and red maps required for the cartoghropher trophies? My map stash tab shows all yellows complete yet no trophy, I think having completed some of the red maps that have prior yellow tiers has messed up my tracking of what yellow maps I've actually completed.

Also how does the shaper memory fragment trophy now work? Do you just need to obtain the 4 key pieces or are the memory fragments still obtainable?

Those 3 three trophies have been changed to having the keystones sloted into the altas. Once you have all 32 you get the last one (completing all read maps). Yellow is 24 if I remember correctly.

Shader / Elder just get the influenced maps from Boss / Zana and you get the fragments to fight them

To make that a little more clear,

Apprentice Cartographer: Slot 1 watchstone into each region of the atlas.
Journeyman Cartographer: Slot 2 watchstones into each region of the atlas.
Master Cartographer: Slot 3 watchstones into each region of the atlas.
