Build advice please .

I'm looking at putting together a lightning themed raider. I have a foil with 300 flat lightning damage and good Phys and attack speed and some crit. Thinking of using Impulsa body armour to help with clear. Choice of skills are smite, lightning strike or maybe wild strike. Any advice gratefully received. Main issue is which skill would have the most effective single target damage using the foil. Cheers all.
