Help and Tips for SrS necromancer

Hi guys,
can you check and comment with tips my gems setup? I'm an SrS necromancer with Commander of Darkness up:

Weapon: Steelskinn+CwDT+Increased duration (all gems at 20)
Vicario's Charity shield: Summon Zombie+Meat Shield+Minion Life
Chest: SrS+Unleash+Melee spalsh+Minion dmg+Melee Phys dmg
Gloves: Flesh Offer+Increased Duration+Carrion Golem+Feeding Frenzy
Feet: Clarity+Precision+Flesh and Stone+Desacrate
Head: Orb of Storms+Curse on Hit+Ele weakness+Fast casting

DO you think it can work? Any suggestions?
How can i be sure which stance from Flesh and Stone is active?
