2 handed sword Witch

Hello,
I would like to play a witch using a 2 handed sword. I would use a spell to freeze mobs and then jump in and swing my sword and hear the beautiful sound of the ice destroyed. I would play hardcore. i dont know for any skill that can perma freeze till you kill with sword sorry
