Is there a way to switch servers?

During the day the DC server always lags pretty bad. I am just wondering if there is a way to switch over to the Texas one. Whenever I'm on the other one I seem to do fine no matter the time of day.

There is a way for you to switch servers(gateways), when your at the title screen you press triangle (or which ever button is used to bring up the options menu) then select gatways
