Constant Xbox One Crashes

I want to be able to say I am having an absolute blast with the new league....but that only lasts for about 10 minutes at a time when I'm not crashing. Going through the vampaign, I've been getting crashes straight to dashboard in just about every other zone. I I own an xbox one x, and was running on a 8T external SSD and was getting crashes every zone. I even tried just moving my game to the console but all that did was triple my load times. Please GGG...this game is unplayable and during this covid-19 pandemic I have no way to cope with this overwhelming sadness and loneliness. Thank you

I am having the same issue. It seems to happen halfway through the Delirium setting. Makes me so frustrated bcuz no other game I have comes close. It freezes, makes a loud buzzing sound, and boots me off, to the start screen. I'm so tired of D3, so plz fix this issue so I can be happy again during this pandemic.
