Using Versatile Combatant and Iron Heart Crusader Plate

I have Versatile Combatant node assigned. I wonder what if I use Iron Heart Crusader Plate on, which has Cannot Block Spell effect, what would happen? Which one will overwrite the other one? Please enlighten me. Thank you in advance.
