If i wanna trade in path of exile i have to buy anything with in game points.In my console i have 2 accounts.So, if i buy in game points on my account 1, i will be able to trade with other players.On my other account can i trade with other players too or do i have to buy in game points again?

buy again. also you dont need to buy to purchase from other players, just to sell to them.
