Elemental Hit Build Help!!

Hi team,

Just tried out Scion Elemental Hit build yesterday.

Managed to get all the items (referred to 3.9 ninja builds).

It seems like mapping Elemental hit is amazing one shot every in T16 map but when it comes to single target Elemental hit my damage is sooooo weak.

Can any elemental hit professionals can have a quick look at my ninja page and let me know what im doing wrong?

Im having issues killing T16 map bosses due to shit damage.

But on Ninja I am rank 1 in dps... either I did something really stupid or elemental hit is a shit skill...
