Crusader Supporter For ps4

Hello guys i need you help

Yesterday i bought the Crusader Supporter from the playstation store for 34,99€ and dint receive anything. I wrote the support team if they can help me with this problem and they told me:

I'm very sorry but I'm afraid we are unable to handle any refund or exchange requests for purchases made in the PlayStation Store, as these are all placed with and handled by PlayStation.

I would recommend contacting PlayStation Customer Support to see if they are able to assist you further in this matter, as we are not able to action this from our end. I never asked for a refund just some guidance to solve this issue.
So I called the playstation support and they told me that on the service listing from path of exile it shows that they delivered the product. So there answer was that i shut contact the in game support.

I really don’t know what to do at this point and would be happy if someone could resolve this problem.
