my league take on wander coc with spellslingers. i went for glacial cascade with phys to lightning, wave of conviction with phys to lightning and arc. then x2 20% call of the brotherhood for 96% lightning to cold. good stuff and clears screens. lagspikes destroy me tho even with dodge and flask :/ no fortify sucks
