Upgrade Computer
I am not very good at this, hoping someone can help.
Looking to upgrade for the best bang for buck, I bought this two years ago, perfectly willing to upgrade anything, price is debatable, not sure on that yet. Any suggestions? Here is the cpu and specs: CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Xtreme VR GXiVR8060A5 Gaming PC (Intel i5-8400 2.8GHz Processor, 8GB DDR4 DRAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB, 120GB SSD, 1TB HDD, WiFi & Win 10) Black link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0757DVF4Z/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Last bumped on Mar 3, 2020, 4:08:53 PM

>intel
Better get a ryzen 3999 motherfucker edition. 2019 was the year where AMD destroyed intel, 2020 wont be different. Also to say something actually useful. You really sure you dont want to build it yourself? There are quite some "monkey see, monkey do" guides about building your own gaming desktop on youtube Like this for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gejkP3PhrCo Doing it yourself will save you quite some bucks and avoid paying for bullshit like a cardreader or having non connected usb slots or not well balanced hardware. What exactly you want to use new PC for? POE? You don't need to change anything in this config.
However if you just want to change something you can upgrade graphics card (RTX 2700 for example) if you want to run new games in highest settings, or add 8GB more RAM, or get 512GB SSD to not care about low capacity for system partiton. I wouldn't change CPU if you don't use this PC for other things than gaming and internet browsing. My builds:
3.8 75/75 block 7.5k HP Zombie/Skeleton build: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2650898 |

" I don't, it might be something I learn one day, but I am just super busy, time is better spent other places for me |

" Poe and other games, thats its. was thinking more ram and a graphics card, but this stuff just isn't my forte. Thinking of spending 500-600, maybe more. |
