Holy shit what happened to wolcen? I mean I REALLY was as hyped as can be but WTF?
How is it even possible for GGG to be soooo lucky? First D3 fucked up, then instead of D4 coming out soon there was the Diablo immortal disaster and now wolcen provided the most broken release in the history of arpgs. I fucking can't believe it. Thousands of new great games were released within the last 7 years but not a single poe challenger? Give me a fucking break.... Turns out making a good ARPG is rather hard.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

Grim Dawn is a great APRG, but it is lacking an online competition to draw in more players and keep the replayability going to an extent.
I do not care too much about that considering I am still playing the game getting close to 1k hours with nearly 20 builds. Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.

Game was simply overhyped for what it is.
It's not an action role playing game. This isn't the witcher,skyrim, or dark souls,where even the wiki states clearly "Dark Souls is a 2011 action role-playing game developed by FromSoftware and published by Namco Bandai Game" This game is none of that, it's a really basic hack&slash looter. Pretty mediocre, were it not for some cool graphics and costume dyes. I have seen alpha releases that are more stable than this. " Sorry, but it simply isn't. The words themselves have been twisted so much,that they barely have any meaning whatsoever. If diablo is an action rpg game,then mortal kombat is a hentai game and dark souls is a puzzle game like tetris, and starcraft is a fightning game. Either the words we use have meaning or they do not. Action role playing game means dark souls. Hack&slash looter means diablo,path of exile,wolcen and others in this genre. This genre was called hack&slash looter way back before they decided to rebrand the entire thing to sound more fancy. While it's not that big of an issue, it is still annoying to see people brand this genre as an arpg.
